NAB AFL Schools Auskick
The NAB AFL Auskick School program runs over the duration of six to ten weeks with the program delivered by AFL NSW/ACT staff at the school. The focus is on the development of fundamental movement skills as well as teaching the students basic AFL skills. This program can be run at anytime during the school day.
Target Age
The K-2 program focuses on the development of fundamental motor skill in a safe and fun environment. The Year 3-6 program continues skills development with modified games and activities.

Length of Program
The program runs for a minimum of six weeks. The format of the program is as follows:
• Pre-program: Students complete a registration form.
• Week 1 to completion: Basic skills (Fundamental Movement Skills) and skill games.
Links to Curriculum/Assessment Process
AFL NSW/ACT has developed links between the NAB School Auskick Program and the NSW school curriculum. This provides specific outcomes from the completion of the program allowing schools to satisfy syllabus requirements. Included in this process is a reporting system providing feedback to parents on the achievement of their children.
