National Coaches Academy
Two representatives from NSW, Paul Marcou & Jared Patira will be representing the state as part of the National Coaches Academy in 2013.
The coaching Academy is an opportunity to develop unique coaching skills and techniques to further enhance your development in coaching and leadership.
The AFL Coaches Association will facilitate the program and provide participants the best opportunity to learn from experienced coaches within the AFL industry.
The coaching academy is a four day induction that also incorporates attendance to the National Coaching Conference in Melbourne on the 7th - 10th February.

Unity Cup
A squad of 15 from NSW will be participating in the National Unity Cup, held in Melbourne.
The Unity Cup will become an AFL 9’s tournament which will take place in Melbourne on Sunday 24th March 2013.
The Unity Cup is an event designed by the Essendon Football Club, and encourages people from diverse backgrounds to compete with and against each other in a fun and non-threatening atmosphere.
